In Celebration of

Anna Styka

August 17, 1924 -  August 30, 2020

Heaven gained the most amazing angel last night. It is with a heavy heart we announce that Anna Styka passed away peacefully on Aug 29, 2020 at her residence at Amica Senior retirement home at the age of 96.

She will be deeply missed by her daughter Christine, son Richard, her loving dog Zupka, son in law Neville and daughter in law Carol.

Anna was the most amazing grandmother “Bobcia” to Michael, Tamara, Paul and Daniel. She is pro Bobcia (great grandmother to) Alex, Ivory, Mathew, Julliana, Victoria, Emily, Ryan, Xavier, Elizabeth and Charlotte.

Anna was deeply admired by all her family and friends and idolized for her independence, family values and strength.
It gives the family solitude to know Anna is reunited with her loving husband Henry, her parents, brothers and sisters and many more loved ones that were all waiting to embrace her at heavens gates.

The family would like to sincerely thank Amica for their support and excellent care. A private funeral Mass will take place at Merciful Redeemer Catholic Church on Thursday, September 3, 2020 followed by interment at Mount Hope Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Turner & Porter Neweduk-Erin Mills Chapel, 905-828-8000.

Anna will live forever in our hearts, through memories and through everyone that she has been blessed to be a part of. STOLAT- WE LOVE YOU!

Aunt Anna,

You are the family matriarch. You have always been there for all of us, with open arms, an open heart, and open door. I will forever be grateful for the time we had together. You taught us the importance of family; sharing time together, and that those moments are so special. You are loved very much, and just like Uncle Henrick, you will live on in all of us. When we reminisce, we will laugh and cry, but most of all you will feel our love penetrating heaven. I love you, Aunt Anna.
