In Celebration of

Ann Janice D'Souza

August 20, 2004 -  April 6, 2021

My precious child, be happy in paradise above,
and let the angels care for you
with tenderness and love.

Play in sunshine everyday
innocent and free,
promise that you'll always smile
when you think of me.

I will wait forever
to hold you close once more,
and you will sleep beside me
the way you did before.

and while in Heaven
bathed in gentle light,
I'll wrap my dreams around you
every single night.

Missed by Parents, Brother, Family and Friends.

Life stories
When Sick-Kids told us that we would be going to Disneyland Florida we were all so happy especially Ann because she would get to see all her favourite characters in Minnie mouse, Daisy Duck, MIckey mosue, Donald Duck, and Goofy. But camping was a different story for Ann. She loved it so much that we went 8-10 times in her life every time we would go we have to bring a smores kit because she loves making marshmallows and when Asher bought a fire colour changer she was so happy she started smiling and laughing. When Asher and I were 6 years old and Ann was 8 we would be playing Hide-N-Seek she would run upstairs and come down just as quick to hide in a closet or try to find us. Asher’s Playstation was a big thing in her life once she knew how to use it, that was it nobody was ever going to touch it except her. She would watch many shows and movies on it. During summer when it was hot outside she would tell everyone ‘Lets go on a walk’ so we did as she said and we would go on a walk to the park or Mcdonalds and buy ice cream.

one thing I will never forget that happened in my sister's life was going to Disneyland and Universal or even camping at Jellystone campground in Niagara. One adventure that she will never forget is the trip to Spain. She enjoyed it so much there, like playing soccer with her brother or sitting on the plane and counting the clouds that go by. It was truly an amazing time that I spent with her during these joyous events especially when we went camping and the staff at Jellystone were so nice and kind that they took their own time to help us out. My sister lived such an amazing life like a normal kid but... Better.

To my angel, you've impacted my life in more ways then one. I wouldn’t be the person I am today if it wasn’t for you. When I met you at 8 years old you instantly became my best friend, I remember playing for hours with you.

The one thing that I remember most is going to appointments at Sick Kids hospital with you. You were so brave no matter how much you were suffering, and never failed to smile when you saw me. Accompanying you to those appointments made me realize at a early age that I wanted to be in the healthcare field, I wanted to help people who were sick and put that same smile on their faces too.

You were a joy and inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing you, Your inspiration courage and resiliance to fight all your earthly burdens will never be forgotten.

Rest In Peace now
for you are freed from all your earthly burdens.

Love you forever and always,

Aaron

My little Angel Ann.

It's hard to accept that you are no more in our life I spent lovely time with u, which I will never ever forget. Your sweet memories will remain forever in my heart. I still remember the day, when you were 2 year old and were crying for long. I could not pacify you. I later got to know about your medical condition & the relative symptoms. After that, I never let u cry. That incident made me feel guilty & I always wanted to say you sorry (which I could never do until now). Sorry Ann & hope you forgive me. Since then whenever I see sick kids, I always try to spend time with them. You are Inspiration. You will be always missed.

I thank God as he gave me a chance to see & meet you before you left for your eternal life. Love you & always with you by heart.

Rest in peace

Love you forever
Jancy mama.
