Passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at the age of 86. Andrzej was born in Poznan, Poland on August 23rd, 1938. He is predeceased by his parents, Mieczyslaw and Helena, and his son, Stasiu. He is survived by his sister, Hania, and his brother, Alex, as well as his nieces Monica and Kasia. He was a proud great uncle to Amelia, Joshua and Nicole. Andrzej was a member of the Knights of Columbus and regularly attended meetings and church masses at St. Timothy's in Orangeville.
Andrzej lived a long and full life with his loving family and had a successful career as an entrepreneur, starting his own geophysics company. He traveled the world for his work and then later for pleasure with his partner, Joanne. Andrzej loved classical music, having excelled as a pianist in his youth. Andrzej was a charming and engaging conversationist and he left an impression with everyone who met him. Andrzej will be remembered for his zest for life and his positive attitude no matter what obstacle he faced. He lived by the motto: "Don't be overheard complaining, not even to yourself" (Marcus Aurelius). Andrzej's legacy lives on. He will be fondly remembered by all his family and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Casmir's Parish, 156 Roncesvalles Ave., Toronto, on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 11 a.m. Interment at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, 1570 Royal York Rd., Etobicoke.
