I had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Maltman on a few occasions. My favourite memory was talking hockey with him. My heart goes out to all the friends and family.
I remember Al as a great conversationalist. He always had strong opinions on issues of the day and was quite happy to share them with you . Al had a large personality and was an interesting guy to be around.
I have visited the famous cottage and signed the guest book. It was a wonderful place and just as described in his remembrance. I Know why Al loved it so much.
My heart is sad for Tracy & Lance, Jamie & Liz, Neil and Hailey.
Rest In Peace Al.
I lot of great days talking about direction and life and testing the boundary's of this world. I enjoy your patience with me over 40 years of me telling the same stories and you always staying involved in the conversations!!
Always honest, direct and knowledgeable on all subjects.
My favourite time were at the camp!!! drawing water, the smell of bacon in the morning and steaks at night!!!
BTW I never played cards before!!! lol
Rest well
You are missed
I have many fond memories of Al, having grown up with James. As a young man he was full of wisdom and was always patient and willing to share his time chatting
My heart goes out to the family. And my hopes are that you cherish the memories and the times you had.
Thoughts are with you all
Vince and Anita
Always enjoyed family get togethers arranged to celebrate my visits to Mississauga and catching up with Al and Audrey's latest trips and cruises.
