Alice was a very special part of our family. Her beautiful smile and sharing of stories gave us great pleasure as we travelled back and forth from CPC weekly for so many years. After changing residences it was over Sunday lunch. She will be so sorely missed but always be in our hearts.
Alice was a dear friend and I remember Alice for her sweet smile, thoughtfulness, and care and concern. Alice, the late Margaret Near and I enjoyed many years of friendship together, and I cherish the memories of our shared meals, celebrations, and simply enjoying each other's company., Alice lived a remarkable and long life and I send my condolences to her family and friends.
Sincerely and with love,
Bernice Cooke
We are deeply saddened to hear of Alice’s passing. Auntie Alice was an extraordinary woman. Our late Father and Mother, Pei and Martha Yeh, frequently spoke of Alice’s devotion to the Church, and how she has always shown love and compassion to our family. May she rest in peace.
My deepest condolences. She will be greatly missed. I always respected her incredible spirituality. My most distinct memory of Aunt Alice was sitting in her car one day and she told me to look up at the trees. She told me that we should strive to be like the trees because they stand and stare at god all day. She gave me one of my favourite childhood books - Jonah and the Whale.
Love,
Kristen, Steven and Evan
Auntie Alice was a beautiful person.. always gentle, always caring, always ready to help others. And her faith.. She was like an angel on Earth.
