Al Batarla (65) of Mississauga Ontario passed on September 25, 2024 peacefully after a courageous battle with lymphoma. He was born on September 29th 1958 to Motiejus and Aldona Batarla (predeceased) in Toronto, Ontario. He was an avid ATV enthusiast, and hockey fan. Al is survived by his two daughters Amy (Jordan) and Lindsay Batarla, sister Irene (Paul) Lombardi and nieces Krysta (Stefan) and Alyssa Lombardi.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 starting at 10:30 am at the Lithuanian Martyrs Catholic Church, 2185 Stavebank Road, Mississauga.

Funeral service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at the Lithuanian Martyrs Catholic Church.

Interment will follow the service.

Reception to follow at Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 582 -Members Club, 456 Hensall Circle, Mississauga, L5A 1X7 from 12:30-2:30 p.m.
