You’ve been away for a while but now you are truly gone. I will always have the memories of going to the park during summer, getting ice cream, your love for the outdoors and our long walks around downtown. I will never forget how much you loved us and will always be grateful for how much you did for us. Thank you so much. I miss you with all my heart, words cannot describe. Even though you’re not with us I’m comforted in the fact that you aren’t suffering anymore and that you are with Abuelita now, dancing together in the heavens and watching over us. Abuelito, I will carry you in my heart wherever I go, te quiero con todo mi corazón.

Daddy thank you for everything you have done for me/us. You were a role model to me, thank you for your patience when I was young, thank you for teaching me to be disciplined in all I do, thank you for teaching me to plan in advance because one never knows if things will go according to plan. I wish you would have stayed with us for a bit longer but I do understand the circumstances, you were suffering and I felt helpless.
I love you Dad you will always be in my heart, you are now beside Mom.
Alsonsito and Lauri forever now. We will be together soon, I LOVE YOU.

Abuelito, thank you for everything you did for me. From buying me pizzas, walking me to school, and making sure that I was taken care of everyday. You and abuelita always made sure that we were happy, and I will never forget your smile. Bringing me to the park and teaching me how to play badminton are the memories that I will always remember. You did so much for me. I’m going to miss you so much, but I know you’re in peace and I hope that you and Abuelita are happy together again. I know that you will protect my family and I will love you forever. Thank you so much Abuelito, te quiero mucho. We will meet again one day and I know you and Abuelita will be waiting for me with a smile on both of your faces. Thank you for everything. I love you
