Peacefully, on Saturday March 23, 2024, at Wesburn Manor at the age of 90, Albertina passed away. She was born in Valongo do Vouga in Portugal on June 25, 1933 and immigrated to Canada in 1964.

Predeceased by her husband, Arnaldo. Loving mother of Joe (April), Tony and Bernie (Liz). Dear Grandmother of Corina, Brett, Justin, Andrew, Devin, Jordan, Rebecca, David, Jennifer and Amelia. Also, loving great-grandmother to Hunter, Holly, Sienna, Nicholas, Michael, Calvin, Adelaide and Lucas.

Albertina will be sadly missed by many loving relatives and friends in Canada and abroad.

The family wishes to express their sincerest gratitude to the staff at Wesburn Manor for their dedicated care and compassion.

Friends may call at Turner and Porter Neweduk Chapel, 1981 Dundas Street West, Mississauga, on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. A Prayer service will follow at 3:00 pm.

As per Albertina’s wishes her final resting place will be in her homeland of Portugal alongside her beloved husband.
