In Celebration of

Agnes Smith

June 4, 1940 -  July 1, 2020

It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of Agnes Joan Smith. Born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, 80 years ago this June. Agnes was the devoted daughter of John Moroz & Joan Moroz (nee Little), sister to William Moroze (Linda) and Pamela Moxon (Brad) and loving aunt to Tracey, Jennifer, Sean and Kaitlin. Beloved mother of Kimberly Bain and son in law David Keane. She will be sorely missed. Special thanks to her friends in Woodbridge for their help and support in recent months especially Susan.

We know Boomer is happy to be reunited with his Mom, the flowers are growing, and the chowder is on the stove.

A service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation to The Canadian Diabetes Association.

“Death is not extinguishing the light. It is putting out the lamp because the dawn has come.”

Kim & David,
My heart hurts for you. I am so deeply sorry to hear about your Mom. It really doesn’t seem real. We would call each other and she always spoke about you, and would talk about family stories. She was so excited when I told her Martin and I were getting married. I’m so glad he got to meet your Mom on a few occasions. I will miss your Mom very much Kim. I tried calling you a few times over the past couple of days to check in on you and tell you how sorry I was, but I couldn’t leave a message. I can only imagine all the catching up she will be doing with Grandma and Grandpa Moroz, and all our other Aunts and Uncles. Sending you much love. God Bless you Aunt Agnes. ❤️ Tracey and Martin
