It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Zenon Drapiewski in the early morning hours of Saturday, January 24, 2026 at the age of 91. He was the beloved and devoted husband of 56 years to his late wife Jennie (née Stawniczy), cherished and loved father of Yolanda (Philip Corker) and Renata, dear Dziadek (grandfather) of Austin and Addison Corker, and loving brother of Lech and Jadwiga Jagodzinski. He will be reunited up in heaven with his late parents Helena Juszczak Jagodzinska and Roman Drapiewski of Poland, his late sister and brother-in-law Helena and Ranko Sisic, father-in-law John Stawniczy, but most of all, his wife Jennie whom he missed incredibly after her passing almost 4 years ago. They will be together for their upcoming 60th wedding anniversary.

Zenon was born in pre-war Poland, and immigrated to Montreal, Canada with his family in 1959. Montreal will always be special to him as he met his future wife there. He eventually settled in Toronto in 1966, where he was married, raised a family, and spent his working years in real estate. He avidly pursued his passion of stamp collecting in his retired years.

He will be dearly missed by his daughters, grandchildren, and extended family in Toronto and Montreal.

Rest in Peace, Dziadek and Dad. We now have another angel to look over us.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Zenon’s name to Copernicus Lodge, Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre, or a charity of your choice.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, on Sunday, February 1, 2026 from 4-6 p.m. A Service in the Chapel will be held on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 11 a.m. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery.
