It is with broken hearts we share the passing of the centre of our universe, Zdenko Zuzic.

Beloved husband and soulmate of Crystal Ann (dušo). Devoted and proud Daddy to Carolann (Peter), Angel (Chrissy), Adrianna (Derry) and Michael (deceased). Loved and adored Grampa and Papa to Michael, Kyla (Zack) and Katie. To them he leaves a legacy of love for others and an unwavering faith in God.

He will be greatly missed by his brother(in-law) Tony (Dorothy), nephew Anthony (Cassandra) and their children, Lydia, Amelia, Arwen, niece Victoria (Danny) and their children, Olivia, Jack, Luke.

He also leaves behind his “draga Mama”, Ivana, who he adored, and his loving sister Jasna and her family.

Zdenko would light up a room with his enthusiastic energy and joy, always giving his love and encouragement to all, especially the last 3+ years at the Carlo Fidani Cancer Centre. He only thought of others, always stopping to greet, talk with, and encourage the other patients. He left each one of them with, “We are in this together. Keep up the Spirit. God bless you.”

My darling Zdenko, your light has dimmed but it will carry on in those who love you. Until we are together again, rest in God’s heavenly peace. Ti si mi sve. Uvjek tvoja…

As per Zdenko’s wishes, please no flowers. Instead, he wanted donations made to one of his favourite charities, Good Shepherd, Canadian Food for Children or Ian Anderson House.
