With heavy hearts and profound love, we announce the passing of Wlodzimierz (Walter) Krawczynski, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, on February 20, 2026, at the age of 68.
Born on July 17, 1957, in Warsaw, Poland, Walter carried with him the strength, resilience, and deep sense of family that shaped his life. He was a man whose greatest joy came from caring for those he loved. His kindness, warmth, and steady presence touched everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Walter was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Joanna Krawczynska, with whom he shared 46 wonderful years of marriage. Together they built a life grounded in love, commitment, and family. He was a proud and dedicated father to Michael Krawczynski and Agnieszka Krawczynska, always encouraging them, supporting their dreams, and wanting nothing but the very best for them.
He welcomed his son-in-law, Evan Farnham, and daughter-in-law, Kateryna Gulko, into the family with open arms. One of his greatest sources of pride and happiness was becoming a grandfather to Charlotte and Ava Farnham. His love for his grandchildren was boundless, and he cherished every moment spent with them. He also looked forward with great joy and anticipation to the arrival of two more grandchildren, already holding a special place in his heart even before they were born.
Walter will be deeply missed by his sister, Grazyna Pokora; his brother-in-law, Andrzej Pokora; his nephew and niece, Adam and Kasia Pokora; along with extended family and friends who will forever cherish his generous heart.
He will be remembered as a man who was always caring and loving to everyone around him. His life was defined by his devotion to family, his quiet strength, and his unwavering desire to see those he loved succeed and thrive.
Though he is no longer with us, the love he gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.
For those who wish, donations may be made to the Trillium Health Partners Foundation or flowers may be sent.
May he rest in peace.
