Peacefully passed away at Dorothy Ley Hospice on Tuesday August 22, 2017. Survived by his beloved wife Doina of over 33 years. Cherished brother of the late Richard, Clifford (Sharon), and Barbara Bell (David). Ross will be deeply missed by his niece Bethanne Bell, nephew Timothy Roberts, sister in law Mihaela, her son Costin and their families. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane Subway, on Friday from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel on Saturday August 26, 2017 at 1p.m. As an expression of sympathy donations to the Dorothy Ley Hospice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
