We are so sorry to hear about Bill. Bill & Lynne were the first friends that we made when we came to Canada back in 1978. Bill was always looking out for Pat & the kids when Robin was away working and they were truely wonderful people and neighbours. We continued to stay friends even though we have been miles apart over the years. We are devastated to hear about his passing and send our love & prayers to Lynne, Heather, Ryan and the rest of the family.

Much love, Robin & Pat

Dear Lynne and family.......Sincere condolences......
There are just no words to adequately express our deep sorrow and shock to hear of Bill's passing. I hope you have all the love and support from your family and friends during this traumatic and heart breaking time. My heart aches for you.
Colin is always saying" Bill should be here in the garden with me" and eagerly hoping for news of your next visit.
We will miss his cheeky grin, quick wit, code of honour, strength of love for his family and undying love for his wife.

It was 53 years ago when I first met Bill Bowles at Dominion Stores. We were formally introduced when he threw a tomato at my white shirt when I was at the garbage bin. I looked over to see Bill laughing and quickly assumed this was rookie initiation. Our friendship grew from there to working, fishing and cruising in Bill's '59 Chevy.
This relationship led to Bill as "best man" and Lynne as "bridesmaid" at our wedding, 46 years ago. Careers and children filled our days, but we managed to meet and enjoy each other's company. Time passed by quickly as marriages and more babies arrived.
Our attention now focused on enjoying our grandchildren, who grow and bring love into our lives every day. We still remember the "good old days" and share our memories.
Thank you, Bill & Lynne and family, for sharing your family, friendship and memories for 53 years. Our thoughts, love and and appreciation, always.
Bob & Diane
