Warren passed away peacefully on September 26, 2023 with his family by his side.

He was the beloved husband and best friend to Kelly McLoughlin. He was the son of Ross (deceased) and Anne Cleland, father to Todd and Cole, brother to Wayne (Noemi),uncle to Maegan, Alexa, Dani and Benji and brother in law to Michael and Sandra McLoughlin.

Warren loved his photography, weekend breakfasts and watching sports. He had the best sense of humour. Warren loved life.
