In Celebration of

Wanda Ziernik

April 19, 1952 - March 10, 2021

It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Wanda Ziernik (Sosnicka). On March 10, 2021, she passed away peacefully at the Credit Valley Hospital with her children by her side.

She had a great heart and always had a big smile on her face. Willing to help anyone in need. She was a beloved wife of Marian Ziernik, and an amazing mother to Hubert (Anne) and Anita. She will be greatly missed by her grandson Nicholas, who she was so profoundly proud of.

Daughter of the late Stanislaw and Jadwiga Sosnicka. She was born in Piaseczno, Poland, and came to Canada in 1984.

A private service will be held on Thursday, March 18th, followed by a burial at St. Volodymyr Cemetery in Oakville."

I will miss you very much aunt Wanda. I will miss our conversations on skype. You were such a nice and warm person. Open and tolerant woman. I could talk to you about anythink. We laughed a lot! I can hear your laughter in my head! Whenever I think of you I will always hear your laughter and see your smile!

Pani Wanda will be missed by Strojnik family. She was a great neighbor. We shared lots of stories, she made great Polish food for us and supplied us with Polish magazines. Sincere condolences to Pani Wanda's imidiate family.
