It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Waldemar (Jack/Jacek) Arent. Waldemar passed away peacefully at his home in Etobicoke, Ontario, on December 28, 2022, at the age of 65, after a long battle with cancer.

Waldemar was beloved husband to Anna for 39 years; loving father of Matthew, Magda, and Malgorzata "Margaret" and father-in-law to Michael; proud Dziadek (grandfather) to Natalie. Waldemar also leaves behind his brother, Adam (Marta), and half-sister, Elzbieta (Andrzej).

Born in Krasnik, Poland, Waldemar came to Canada in the late 80’s, later joined by his family. He had a long career as an electrician, a job which he enjoyed very much. Throughout his life, he loved to spend time fishing and exploring photography. He was deeply rooted in his Catholic faith and loved his family immensely.

Waldemar was so loved by family and friends and will be truly missed.

Zmarły spoczywa w Turner & Porter "Yorke Chapel" w Toronto, 2357 Bloor St. W. Wizytacja 5-go stycznia od 6-8pm, w tym różaniec.

Pogrzeb odbędzie się 6-go stycznia o godz. 9:30am w kosciele All Saints Roman Catholic Church, 1415 Royal York Rd, Etobicoke.
