Passed away at his residence on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at the age of 47. Tomislav Vjekoslav Max Luburic (Tom). Loving son of Kata and the late Frank. Loving father of Brook-Lynne. Dearest brother of Ana ( Rob), and their daughter Amanda and Ante (Cheryl) and their daughter Sarah. Tom will be greatly missed by all.
Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (Hwy. # 10 N. of Q.E.W.) from 4-9 p.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2017. Prayers at 8 p.m. . Funeral Mass will take place at Church of the Croatian Martyrs Church, 4605 Mississauga Road, Mississauga on Friday, October 20, 1017 at 10 a.m. Entombment Assumption Cemetery.
