In Celebration of

Vincenzo Cappuccitti

April 18, 1932 -  December 27, 2020

Peacefully, at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, on December 27, 2020 at the age of 88.

Beloved husband of the late Antoinette Laviola. More recently, long-time companion to Maria Machin. Much loved father of Nora Lavell (Ron), Edina (Michael Alexander), Vincent (Susanne), Celia, and Robert (Kathryn). Devoted grandfather to Bianca Smalley (Jeff), Mark Lavell, John Lavell, David Cappuccitti, Kristen Cappuccitti, Ashley Romano, Michael Romano, Robert Cappuccitti and Andrew Cappuccitti. Loved Papa to great-grandsons Jude and Elton Smalley.

Vincenzo is survived by his siblings Giovanna, Speranza, Santino and Anthony, and will be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends.

Vincenzo had a natural talent and curiosity to fix anything mechanical, from heavy equipment to the neighbourhood kids’ bicycles. He had a love of music and history and was an avid gardener, well known for his delicious heirloom tomatoes.

When I was young I
would watch him work in his garage.
He always showed me how to do things. That’s one of the reasons I became a auto mechanic
RIP uncle Vince
