Passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at home at the age of 52. Beloved son of Janina and the late Joseph. Loving brother of Richard (Carolynne) and Christopher (Patricia). Cherished uncle of Maximillian, Katelyn and Nathan. Tom loved hockey and baseball and was an avid golfer. He was a kind, caring and thought man who always made time for family and friends.

I had the pleasure of going to school with Tom at St.Vincent De Paul and will always remember Tom as a very athletic, bright and true friend.

You were so caring , kind, and always thinking of others first.
