Thomas Stanley Barrett

October 25, 1966 - July 26, 2017

It is with tremendous sorrow that the family of Tom Barrett announce his sudden passing on July 26, 2017 at the age of 50. Cherished son of Alice and Tom (predeceased). Beloved brother to Richard and his wife Simone, Roger and his wife Hilda; and adored uncle to Ami, Justin and Ciall.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Neweduk-Erin Mills" Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga (at Erin Mills Parkway) on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Catholic Church Streetsville, 5440 Durie Street, Mississauga on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 10 a.m. The family wishes to invite family and friends to join them for a reception in the church hall following the mass.

Interment Shelburne Cemetery.

Looking through some old photos, Tom and I have enjoyed many years of laughter and friendship. He's the kind of friend I will never replace and I'm saddened that we will not have more years to remember. As loyal as they come, he was the guy everyone wanted to be around, life of the party, funny as hell, loved his family and friends. You could always count on Tom, he was there through thick and thin and I will truly miss him.
I hope he's in a better place with lakes full of Bass.
