Thea Baldwin

July 9, 1925 -  March 28, 2017

Peacefully at Dorothy Ley Hospice on Monday March 27, 2017 in her 92nd year.
Thea leaves behind a brother in Germany, a cousin in Toronto and a partner of 20 years. Thea was the recipient of two Traveller Aid Awards, one of which was presented by the Governor General. She worked for Christie’s for 35 years and was one of the founding members of The Retiree Club.
Friends may call at Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga from 1-2 pm, Thursday March 30, 2017. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel, Thursday March 30, 2017 at 3pm.

She was a great person to deal with in business, worked as a senior purchaser, and
always followed up on orders for me.

I remembered that Thea participated in some social activities in the community and helped others who needed help.
