Ted was a lovely gentle man whom I met at Kingsway Lambton United Church through the choir. We shared a love of music and also of our Nova Scotia roots. He and my husband Mike were great Western book readers and exchanged dozens of books over the years. Our friendship with Ted and Gail is a great blessing in our lives. We know Ted is at peace now and singing in the Heavenly Choir.
A warm and loving man who will be missed.
I had the pleasure of singing in the choir at KL with Ted for many years. He was a gracious, kind man, with a lovely sense of humour. At our Choir parties, I always made a beeline for his pies! May he rest in peace.
We feel so blessed that Ted was part of our family for the past twenty years.
Thank you for the love and care you gave to Gail.
Rest in peace, dear Ted, knowing you were loved by so many friends and family. We will miss your smile!
Don, Judith and family
I was lucky to have Ted become a part of my life when I moved into my condo at Millgate Manor. He and Gail have been lovely neighbours.
Every encounter with Ted was fun. He was lighthearted and kind. Just a sweet soul. I remember going to hear him sing in one of his choirs and enjoying it. I have also had the privilege of tasting many of his fabulous pies. His stories of his maritime youth were wonderful. He was what my Mother called a “salt of the earth” person. A compliment for an unassuming yet essential person. If only there were more people like Ted Teal. He will be missed.
