Peacefully passed away at St. Joseph’s Health Centre on Tuesday August 15, 2017. Predeceased by his beloved wife Halina (2008). Survived by his daughter Krystyna and son John. Loving Dziadzu to Maia, Mark and Nicole. Cherished Tata to Zosia and Celia. Will be missed by his sister Stefania Blaszyk (Telesz) and his many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. The family is especially grateful to the dedicated staff at Copernicus Lodge for the provision of generous care and support.
