In Celebration of

Susan Irvine

August 17, 1959 -  August 29, 2016

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and adored friend on August 29, 2016, at the age of 57. Loving mother of Rory and Mollie Thompson; and grandmother of Charly-Rae, Mason, and Ella-Roze. Beloved daughter of Joan and George Crawford and the late Thomas Irvine. Dear sister of Robert (Carrie), Carol (Mason), Catherine (David) and Jonathan. Susan will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephew, many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends, here in Canada, in Southern California and in Northern Ireland. Susan was a gentle yet beautifully vibrant lady, who had an amazing gift for creating memorable parties and special celebrations. Susan had a unique gift of always finding the best qualities in people and honouring their uniqueness. She worked at Air Canada for 27 years and was happily retired for ten years. Susan had a passion for adventure and her dream was to one day buy an RV to explore the land. The family would like to thank the Palliative Care staff at the Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga, for their kindness and care of Susan in her final days. To Celebrate Susan's Life, friends are invited to gather at St. Georges Golf & Country Club, 1668 Islington Avenue, Etobicoke, on September 11th, 2016 from 1-5 pm, with Remembrances at 3:30 pm. Memorial donations to the Breast Cancer Foundation or the Trillium Health Partners Foundation, would be appreciated.
