In Celebration of

Stipe Skara

September 28, 1937 -  September 27, 2023

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father on Wednesday September 27 at the age of 85 in Toronto at Sunnybrook Longterm Care. Predeceased by his beloved wife Fedora. Father to Susanne (Barry), Dennis (Judy), and Robert (Anita). Grandfather to Angelo, Daniel (Justyna), Stephen (Vedrana), Malissa (Nicholas), Tatianna (Justin), Katrina, Sofia (Jon), Stjepan, Maya, Nina, and great grandfather to 7; Azoria, Odessa, Oliver, Julia, Vivian, Gordon, and our most recent family addition Dean.

Our father had a heart of gold and always looked for ways to help other people. He was an honest hard-working man that appreciated every day of his life regardless of the situation he was in. He will be missed by many and live forever in our hearts.

A private family viewing will be held.

A Funeral mass will be held at Our Lady Queen of Croatia, 7 Croatia Street, on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. to be followed by prayers and burial at Assumption Cemetery, 6933 Tomken Rd. (Derry and Tomken). For those wishing to send flower arrangements; we would appreciate a donation be made in lieu of flowers to Our Lady Queen of Croatia Church, or to Sunnybrook Long-term Veterans Center.
