In Celebration of

Stephen LeMesurier

November 26, 1952 -  April 25, 2017

Suddenly at home on April 25th, our dearest most loyal and devoted husband, father and brother passed away in his 65th year (predeceased by parents Garnet and Pat LeMesurier). Steve leaves his wife Janet, children Reid, Drew and Caitlin, sisters Joan and Patti, many nieces and nephews and his most adorable companion Lucy. Born in Montreal, raised in Calgary, Steve moved to Toronto in 1973 as he began his 30 year airline career at CPAir. From his days as a water boy for the Calgary Stampeders, Steve grew his passion for sports and airlines and most recently into his own business connecting athletes with air travel. Steve's belief in the power of relationships showed not only in his successful career, but also in his personal life where he was a friend to everyone. He was unfailing in his love and support to his family and friends and we are better for having him in our lives. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, on Sunday, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Kingsway Lambton United Church, 85 The Kingsway, Toronto, on Monday, May 1, 2017, at 1 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Right To Play or the Heart $ Stroke Foundation.

I am saddened and shocked that Steve left us so unexpectedly and way too soon.

I've worked with Steve for over 25 years and his cheerful personalty always lit up a conversation. My thoughts and prayers go out to Janet and the family. RIP Steve.
