Peacefully at home with family by his side on Thursday August 25, 2016. Loving husband of Debbie Warrick, sadly missed by his daughters Samantha and Madeline, and his siblings Sean, Catherine and her husband Bill Greaves, and Anne. In memory of Stephen memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
