It is with deep sadness that the family of Stanislav Lendak announces his peaceful passing on March 30, 2026, at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga, Ontario, at the age of 78, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born in Kuzmice, Slovakia, Stanislav was predeceased by his parents, Helena and Juraj Lendak; his brother, Mikuláš (Dula) Lendak; and his son, George Michael Lendak.

He will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Anna, and his children: Andrea (Fraser), Stanley, Peter (Sarah), and Anna (Senad). He was a proud and cherished grandfather to Robert, Helen, Jakob, Lukas, Adam, and Calvin.

Stanislav will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family and homeland, Slovakia. He now rests in the peace of Christ, reunited with those who have gone before him.

Visitations will be held at Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. with prayers at 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. with prayers at 8:00 p.m.

The Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Roman Catholic Slovak Church, 5255 Thornwood Drive, Mississauga, followed by interment at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, 6933 Tomken Road, Mississauga.
