Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving wife, children and grandchildren on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at the age of 79. Devoted husband of 55 years to Dragica. Loving father of Susanna (Gino) Medic, Daniel (Edyta) Cimera and Tanya (Glenn) Brown. Cherished grandfather of Ana and Ivana Medic, Siena, Ella and Lukas Brown and Daniel Jordan Cimera. Brother of Gojko Cimera. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter “Neweduk-Erin Mills” Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga (just east of Erin Mills Pkwy) on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 1 p.m.

Words cannot describe the deep sorrow that we all feel. We have lost a special man, with special ties, and bonds, to all of us. Our deepest, heartfelt condolences go out to Draga, Sue, Danny, Tanya, and the entire family. We hope you find the strength to be strong in the coming days. May God bless him, his family, and all those that grieve for him during this most difficult time.
Rest in peace Slavko, we all love you, miss you, and will always remember you. We will not say goodbye, but instead, till we meet again.

My condolences.

Uncle Jerry was really one of kind. There aren't too many people in this world who have the integrity, discipline, commitment to his work and most importantly to his family like Slavko. Uncle Jerry loved big - with his voice (loud), his hugs around your neck (a breathtaking experience), his beliefs and his incredible thoughtfulness. His kind heart was deep and loving. I'm so sorry he is no longer with us in body but he will be in spirit -- filled with the love of his very caring and dedicated family.
