It is with great sadness that the family of Si Shan Guan announces her passing on Monday, February 11, 2019 at the age of 55 . Beloved mother to Jeremy Fang and loving grandmother to Joyce Fang. She will be greatly missed by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
