In Celebration of

Simon John Bolduc

January 15, 1977 -  January 3, 2021

We are heartbroken to announce the death of our beloved Simon John Bolduc on January 3, 2021. Simon died in his sleep at home on Sunday at the age of 43. He will be forever loved (despite his best efforts) by his parents, Anne and Barry and by his siblings, Samara (Peter), Joshua and Adam (Michelle). Simon will also be remembered by his many friends, extended family and any telemarketer that made the mistake of calling him. He was a brilliant man, who spent much of his time solving computer problems, as well as a sensitive one who was deeply affected by the less solvable problems of the world. His greatest joy in life was his nieces, Lucy and Nico. Life for Simon was not easy, nor did he make life easy for those that loved him, but he loved and was loved fiercely.

In lieu of sending flowers, anyone who wishes to do something in Simon’s memory is asked to consider making a donation in his name to the CAMH Foundation.

A celebration of Simon’s life will be held when it is safe to gather again.

I think you nailed it (whoever wrote the obit). He made me laugh every time we talked. A man with hidden depths.

I didn’t know Simon half as well as I would have liked and he would never liked me half as much as I think I would have liked him. My sincere condolences to the entire Bolduc and Axbey clan for such an immense loss.
