GIULIANI, Sebastian – It is with great and profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Sebastian Giuliani of Toronto, Ontario on December 26, 2016. Sebastian was born on July 6, 1962 to Maria and Vincenzo Giuliani of Sarnia, Ontario.

Sebastian is survived by his beloved wife and best friend, Irma Bevk-Giuliani. Adoring and proud father of three daughters Kathryn, Abigail and Sara Giuliani.

He will be deeply missed by his sister Anna Giuliani and her husband Mike Culliton of Sarnia, Ont., Brothers- in- law Kazimir Bevk and wife Lydia of Toronto, Joseph Bevk and partner Lori Taverner of Ottawa. Cherished son in law of Nada and the late Kazimir Bevk of Toronto. Special uncle to Laura, Erica, Nicola and Kyle Culliton as well as Michael and Christina Bevk.

Sebastian, a dedicated teacher with the Toronto Catholic District School Board for 28 years, earned a Bachelor Degree from the University of Western Ontario, Bachelor of Education from the University of Windsor and a Masters in Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. He was an active staff member at his school Blessed Archbishop Romero for the last 20 years. His passion lied with coaching sports, especially basketball, and advocating for recently immigrated students.

Sebastian’s truest joy was his family and wide circle of friends. His zest for life and adventure will be missed. Sebastian loved golfing, travelling, and basketball. He could be most often found in his kitchen cooking surrounded by family and providing endless laughter for all he came into contact with.

It is hard to imagine a Romero without you. Your intelligence and sense of humour will be missed. My prayers are with you, Irma and your family. Rest in Peace Sebastian...you have left us too soon.

Words are hard to find to express my feelings, but know that my thoughts are with you. Sebastian will remain firmly and warmly in your hearts, for he was a wonderful husband, father and friend. The sadness is great, but the knowledge that he is with our Heavenly Father, is of some comfort. "...let your heart say in silence, 'God rests in reason.'"

Dear Irma, Abigail, Kathryn, and Sara,
We are devastated at the very sad news of our dear cousin's passing. Sebastian was very proud of his family and his true love for 'his girls' was evident in his every conversation and action. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. We are keeping your family and the Culliton family in our prayers and offer our continual support in the very difficult days ahead. We cherish our many happy memories of Sebastian. With much love,
Maria, George, Gino and families
