In Celebration of

Santiago "Sam" Lombos Sta. Ana

July 25, 1923 -  December 9, 2018

Surrounded by his loving extended family, our dearest Papa departed this world on Sunday, December 9, 2018, at the young age of 95 years. He was the devoted husband of Eufracia “Anna” Sta. Ana (Basilio) for 71 years, with whom he had seven children: Bernadette (Oscar), Geraldine (John), Ariel (Evangeline), Christian (Teresa), Angie (David), Marisol (Gary), and Leah (Glen). Loving grandfather to Keith (Hollie), Sheryl, Frances, Mohan, Tiffany (Eric), Melissa (Paolo), Vijay, Alan (Joanna), Kimberley, Jason-Paul (Jennifer), Laurie (Diogo), Nicole (Ante), Matthew, Rebecca, and doting great-grandfather to Jaden, Julien, Xavier, Dominic, Isaac, Madelyn, and Gabriel.

Papa was happiest, always, when surrounded by his large and extended family. There was no greater delight for him than to see his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren thrive. An avid Blue Jays fan, Papa would willingly delay meals so he can watch his beloved Jays – on television, never in the ballpark. We always made sure to have our family gatherings with the Jays schedule in mind.

A seasoned traveller, Papa had a life well-lived and well-loved. We love you Papa, always and forever.
