Sandra certainly made my world a better place. Even when my husband Jurgen and I moved to Spain, nothing changed between us. My dear friend, Sandra, I will dearly miss you.
Thank you for everything you did for me and your unconditional support. Thank you for all the wonderful times we have shared. I want you to know my friend, that I love you with all of my heart and that I will always remember you. You will always be in my heart.
Jurgen and I will truly miss the get togethers with you and Sipke.

Sandra Drijver was born in Leeds, Yorkshire where she later immigrated to Canada along with her husband at the time, Christopher Marris. Her children include Jason Marris and Emily Marris, who were born in Canada.

Sandra & Christopher later divorced. She was a loving and dedicated mother to Jason and Emily. She was employed with a bank and later moved into sales working as a sales rep with Canpar. Sandra then commenced employment with Canada Post as a leading sales rep.

In January, 1998, Sandra travelled for vacation to Venezuela along with her friend and colleague, Linda. This is where she met her love of her life and future husband, Sipke Drijver, who lived in Holland at the time.

Sandra & Sipke then married on August 21st, 1999 and remained happily married to this time. Sandra retired from Canada Post in or around 2008. Since that time, Sandra & Sipke enjoyed travel and spending time in the garden in the summer. In the winter, they enjoyed spending time by the fire having conversation and watching movies. Sandra was also an avid fan of Coronation Street, crime shows and reading books.

In January 2015, Sandra was blessed with a grandson, Jakob, who she loved and adored very deeply.

Sandra loved the simple things in life. She loved her family and her friends. She will be deeply missed by all.
