January 24, 1933 -  August 11, 2022


Salvatore Monachino unexpectedly passed away, on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at Sunnybrook Hospital, at the age of 89.

Beloved husband of Maria for 63 years. Devoted father of Silvio (Anna), Joe (Jennie) and Pat (Angela). Adored Nonno to Daniela, Salvatore, Frank, Salvatore Jr, Cynthia, Salvatore (Nicole) and Santino. Loving brother of Anthony (Alfonsa).

He will be forever remembered and missed by all who knew him.

Friends may visit at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Monday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Sts. Martha & Mary Catholic Church, 1870 Burnhamthorpe Rd. E. Mississauga, Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 11 a.m. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Mausoleum.
