Rose Elenor Turnbull

June 25, 1919 -  October 12, 2019

Having successfully reached her 100th birthday, Rose peacefully passed on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the Camilla Care – Mississauga. Beloved wife of the late Norman (1988). Beloved mother of Barrie (Sandra) and Chris (Isabel). Grandmother of Sharon & Suzanne and great grandmother of Callum and Jack. Fondly remembered by her nieces & nephews. Rose was a long-time member of Cawthra Park United Church where she sang in the choir for over 50 years.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 12 p.m. followed by a Funeral service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment Erindale Cosmopolitan (Union) Cemetery.

In memory of Rose, donations to the SPCA Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.

Rose was a wonderful soul and great neighbor. Our dog would sneak over to her house and always get special treats from her. ( and come home wagging her tail) She always gave good advice and had the unique ability to see good in everyone, she will be sorely missed. Condolences to the Turnbull family.
