It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Roman Michael Kowal on Saturday, January 4, 2025. Roman was predeceased by his parents Anne (nee Luter) and Michael. He is survived by his sisters Olga (Andrew) and Christine, niece Amanda (Micheal), nephew Alexander (Anna), as well as great-niece Hazel and great-nephews Cian and Sebastian.

Born May 7, 1959, Roman lived all his life in the western GTA. He had several varied careers including selling bearings and working at the food terminal but his longest and best loved was running his own landscaping firm, Trillium Landscaping.

In his later years he suffered from debilitating back problems and chronic illness.

He will be missed.

Family and friends will be received at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel 2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5B 1M8 on Thursday, January 16th, 2025 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. where the funeral service will be held at 1 p.m.

A private interment will follow at a later date at St. Volodymyr's Cemetery, 1280 Dundas St W, Oakville, ON L6M 4H9.
