In Celebration of

Robert Bond

October 8, 1947 -  May 7, 2017

Peacefully, with family by his side, on May 7th, 2017, at the Trillium Health Partners- Mississauga, at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Pat for 49 years. Cherished father of Amie Reid (John) and Joe Bond (Jennifer).

Adored grandfather of Sarah, Jaycob, Samuel, Joshua, Maddie, and Evan. Bob lived his life to the fullest until the very end, working with enthusiasm for the Peel Board of Education for over 35 years. He inspired and mentored like-minded people of all walks of life; of late this included the Port Credit Masonic Lodge, Dixie Curling Club, St. Peter’s Erindale Anglican Church. Bob will be dearly missed, but we know he has been called to fix a leaky roof or build a deck in heaven to enjoy with those of us who will follow.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter “Peel” Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., (Hwy 10 N. of QEW) on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Erindale, 3041 Mississauga Rd., on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 2 p.m. If desired, remembrances may be made to St. Peter’s Anglican Church or Sleeping Children Around the World (www.scaw.org)

Thank you Bob for the many rides you gave me home 12 to 13 years ago when my family was stuck with 1 car and 3 drivers. we had good conversations on our way home and I share your Christian values. Prepare a place for me with Jesus...but find something else more fun to do other than construction

I will miss you
