Anna and family. Please accept my sincerest condolences to all of you. Walking in the neighborhood and running into you and Bob was always a good catch up. He was so enjoying life and the time you were able to spend in retirement. I still picture the two of you on the motorcycle. Please know I am thinking of all of you

Bob and I (Paul) have been playing pool and poker together since the mid-late nineties.
So many great times over the years. We went to Vegas together in the 90's for a pool tournament. We played in the Border Battles vs the U.S. in the early 2000's and we played at the Skylon Tower in a tournament that invited spectators to view real pool players in their natural environment! And we enjoyed every minute of it together. Prior to COVID we played in our CPA league weekly.
Bob always hosted the poker games and invited his buds over to donate to the Ellis Poker Fund. It didn't always work that way!
Carolyn and I extend our deepest sympathies to the Ellis clan. Bob, Anna, Carolyn and I spent many precious moments together whether it be at Christmas parties, pool room tournament luncheons or concerts.
Bob we will dearly miss you. RIP our friend.... my very good friend. P&C

Really enjoyed connecting with Bob several times on the golf trips. Enjoyed his wit and candor. He was a no nonsense guy. Sorry he was not able to experience much of his retirement.

Words can't describe the shock and sense of sadness Annie & I felt upon hearing of Bob's passing.

Bob was a wonderful soul whose presence made any event better. We always seemed to laugh at the same things and get riled by the same things. That made for some very fun and exciting times over the many years. Bob was definitely at the top of our list of those we were most honored to have known and he will be missed so very, very much.

Our deepest sympathies to Anna, Michael, Chris and the rest of the Ellis family. You are all in our thoughts ... as Bob will continue to be.
