Rikard Kocet

September 7, 1933 -  March 9, 2023

Rikard Kocet passed away at Cummer Lodge on March 9th 2023, following a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease Dementia.

Rikard was born in Zagreb, Croatia in 1933 and was a resident of York, Ontario for 65 years. Rikard loved animals and spent his favourite moments with his much-loved feline friends. Rikard also loved to drive and in his younger days he enjoyed travelling through Europe and in the U.S.

Rikard is survived by his beloved wife Nada, his loving daughter Diana and her devoted partner Ben.

Following Rikard’s wishes, a private family service will be held at Turner and Porter-Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario on Wednesday March 15th at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Parkinson Canada would be greatly appreciated.
