With profound sadness we announce the sudden passing of Richard. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital.

Loving husband to Pina. Beloved son to Gail & Joseph. Cherished brother to Erica & uncle to Teddy. Loving Zio to Robbie, Natasha, Chiara & Matteo. He will be fondly remembered by his family, friends & colleagues.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane Subway, on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Prayer Service 8 p.m.

Funeral Mass will take place at the Church of the Resurrection, 1 Resurrection Road, on Wednesday August 3, 2022 at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or Canadian Liver Foundation.

Very sad to hear of Richard's passing. He was a very sensitive and caring person. I know he looked forward and enjoyed going to the Daytona 500 each year with his dad. And it is the many moments like that, that create permanent memories in our hearts. You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time.
