Raymond Oswald “Ray” Teal

February 18, 1944 - February 2, 2026

Passed away peacefully at the Trillium Health Partners - Mississauga on Monday, February 2, 2026 at the age of 81.

Beloved husband of the late Lynda. Loving father of Mark and his partner Lorraine, and Diana and her husband Oscar. Dear brother of Harvey and his wife Lee. Ray will be deeply missed by his much loved partner, Pat Marshall and her family.

Ray will always be remembered for his warm and welcoming personality, his love of animals, and his passion for sports, especially golf.

A Celebration of Ray’s Life will be held in the coming months.

Ray and I only met briefly, he was a good man. Worried how I felt about his early relationship with my mother. I could tell how happy they were as I told him then, I was only concerned that she/they were happy together. They were like two young people together, I could tell then they were meant to be. That thought has never changed. I’m happy they found each other, though it was a short time together, I feel it was a good thing for them both!
Ray you will be missed, thank you for your presence in my mom’s life! Rest well

Ray was a gentle and kind neighbour. He had a twinkle in his eye and enjoyed a quiet joke. His pleasure in the past few years was sharing life with Pat. I will miss his company while sharing a coffee or lunch with the two of them. May God bless him.

Ray was such a gentle man. He always made you feel that he was so glad to see you. He was genuinely loved by the residents of our condo, where he served for years on our Board. He will be missed

It was always a pleasure to see Ray, he always had a smile and usually said something to make you laugh.
Ray did some cat sitting for me if I went away for a day or more. He and Pat also checked on me and bought my groceries while I was ill last fall.
Ray will be missed at 299.
