Loving father of 5 sons Chí-Trung (Ngọc-Anh), Chí-Dũng (Kim-Thanh), Chí-Quyền (Phi-Trang), Chí-Thành (Liên-Huy), Chí-Thiện (Eric) and 3 daughters Linh-Thảo (Kevin), Linh-Thuỷ (Thuần), Linh-Chi (Đức).

Cherished grandfather of Thuỳ Linh (Hiển), Minh-Tuấn, Minh-Trí, Hồng-Thư, Bảo-Ngân, Minh-Tân, Quốc-Hưng (Uyên), Quốc-Huy, Minh-Đức, Quốc-Vinh, Quốc-Hoà, Quốc-Tài, Ann, Lâm, and Như-Minh.

Special great-grandfather of Thanh-Trúc, Phương-Mai, Minh-Tâm, Minh-Châu, and Nguyễn Uyển-Nhi.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundations of Canada or St. Micheal’s Hospital Foundation.

To the family of Phuong Ly;

While words fail to capture the pain of losing your loved one, we look forward to the time when words will fail to capture the joy of having our heavenly father return your dear one to you. We can take comfort in the scripture; Revelation 21:4 where God promises a hope of no longer having to deal with death or tears. May you find comfort in knowing that your dear one is safe in the memory of God.
