Our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to our dear Philu, a truly one-of-a-kind soul.

Philu had a rare gift: wherever he went, laughter followed. Family gatherings, picnics, and celebrations weren’t officially started until Philu arrived usually with a smile, a joke, and a story that somehow got funnier every time he told it. If there was food, family, or fun involved, you could count on him being there… often front and center.

He had a way of making everyone feel welcome, included, and at ease. His laughter was contagious, his presence comforting, and his love for life obvious to all who knew him. Above all, Philu was a devoted family man who adored his wife, cherished his daughters, and held his family close. That love was loud, constant, and unmistakable.

He will be missed beyond words, but we know he’d want us remembering him with smiles, shared stories, and a good laugh preferably at a family gathering where he should still be sitting. His joy, humor, and love will stay with us always.

With love,

Darren & Brian
