Dear Peggy and family ,

We were saddened to hear this evening of Russ’s death from Irene and Peter in Kingston. Mom,(Margaret Hyde Hackett) , a childhood friend, always spoke fondly of Peggy and Betty and Biil Sanders in Montreal.
Marg was a bridesmaid at Peggy and Russ’s wedding, and the Knubleys attended my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary in Dorval, Quebec.
Very fond memories!

Our sincere condolences,
Linda Hackett and Paul Allen ( Montreal)
Ryan Hackett ( Belleville)

Please accept our most sincere condolences. Esther and the kids were very honored to have spent time with Uncle Russ the few times we were able. I told them this is what your grand dad looked like but just a little heavier.
He will always be with us.
Sincerely
Kevin Esther Isabela and Sebastian Knubley

Peggy - sending you my deepest sympathies for the loss of your dear Russ. I have so many wonderful memories of times we spent together.

I would like to contact you if possible. We are still at the same address and phone number in Burlington. I lost my Russ in April.
