<div itemprop="description">PETER FREDRICK GREEN<br />November 19, 1942 &ndash; November 21, 2014<br />It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Fredrick Green after just being diagnosed with cancer. Peter passed away at home with his wife and best friend Margie (nee Livermore), son and best buddy in the world John David and his English Setters Jack and Zoe. Peter leaves behind his beloved daughter Cheryl Breckenridge (James) and very special grandsons Ryan and Andrew Breckenridge, brother to Paul Green, son-in-law to Shirley and the late David Livermore. Much loved brother in law to Denise (Robert) Orth and Sherry (Michael) Cayea. Will be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews Noah, Rebekah and David Orth, Laura, Gary and Kyle Cayea. Predeceased by his parents Wilfred and Winnifred Green. Peter also leaves behind many family and close friends both from business, sailing and British sports car collecting. Known for his collection of Austin Healeys, MGs and Triumphs and recently Corvettes and Mustangs and his love of sailing keeping boats on Lake Ontario, Georgian Bay, the Chesapeake and in St. Petersburg, Florida. Senior Life member of National Yacht Club, Toronto, member of Midland Bay Sailing Club, Mathews Yacht Club, Mathews, Virginia, St Petersburg Yacht Club and Georgian Bay British Car Club. Peter was an executive with CCL Industries for over 33 years and retired almost 14 years ago when his son John was born. Peter travelled around the world for CCL. The family moved from Toronto to Penetanguishene 10 years ago and made many special friendships. The family would especially like to thank Dr. Colin Cochrane, Dr. Rainer Loiskandl, Dr. Lauren Archer, Cathy Tumber, Angela Maloney and Holly Melito. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 30th at the Old Mill, in the Guildhall from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., and then on Saturday December 6, 2014 at Lot 102, 837 King Street, Midland ON, from 1:00 p.m. until 4: p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sleeping Children Around the World, OSPCA or Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated. Cremation has already taken place.</div>
