Dolores passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Friday, December 30, 2022, in her 87th year. Beloved wife and best friend of Lido of 65 years, they shared a love that will last an eternity. Loving mother of Ann Marie (Marc), Christopher, Steve (Barbara) and David (Dina). Proud grandmother of Danielle (Ryan), Jen (Mark), Niki, Brian (Heather), Stephanie (Sam), Ashley (Derek), Alex (Alex), Emma, Joey, David and Erika. Great gramma to Cole, Max, Paisley, Oaklynn, Fletcher, Penelope, Wynne and Tate.

Born in Toronto to Frank and Dolores Russo, “Dee” started her career as a nurse at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She met her husband Lido on a blind date. She cherished family time at the cottage on Clear Lake and on all occasions when family came together. She enjoyed playing bridge with her friends and she was an avid reader. She had a deep spiritual faith, which was a cornerstone throughout her life.

Friends are welcome to visit Turner & Porter, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, north of the QEW, on Thursday, January 5th from 2-4pm and 6-9pm. A mass will be held at St. Christopher’s Church, 1171 Clarkson Road N, in Mississauga at 11am on Friday, January 6th. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery
