Passed away with his family by his side at Trillium Health Partners – Mississauga Hospital on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at the age of 49.

Beloved husband of Tamara. Much loved son of Lydia and Mark. He leaves behind his brothers Dominik (Heather) and Mark Jr. and sister Chantel and adored nieces Melina, Kailee and Jessie.

Patrik’s lively spirit, love of sports, and wonderful smile will be fondly remembered by his family and many friends.
