Cherished and loving son of Luigi and Susan; brother of Michael and Brianne; grandson of George, Joan, Lucia and the late Settimio; nephew of Anna and Evelyn; stepson of Mara; friend to many and Rory the dog. <br /> <br />Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 18 from 2-4pm and from 6-9pm at the Turner &amp; Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. West. The funeral will be held on Thursday, December 19 at 10am, also at the Turner &amp; Porter Yorke Chapel. <br /> <br />In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider making a donation in Patrick's memory to the Heart &amp; Stroke Foundation or to the charity of your choice. <br /></div>
